Friends are a wonderful gift and can help you through difficult times. Make meaningful connections and look to others for support and encouragement.
It can be easy to let old friendships fizzle out as life gets in the way, but don’t forget to keep close to the loved ones that are always there for you. Remember, you’re not alone.

Thank your body for its strength, agility, and endurance. Every day we rely on our body’s muscles and organs to do their job.
Be grateful that you have a body that enables you to enjoy daily activities like running errands, playing with kids, or walking down the street. Show your appreciation by caring kindly for your body. Soak in the tub, strengthen yourself with nutritious foods, and drink plenty of water.
